Nickolas A. Marshall
He was born and raised in the Northland and is still proud to call it “home.” Born fifth of seven children, Mr. Marshall learned early the value of education and serving others from his parents.
He received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1999.
After his admission to the Missouri Bar, Mr. Marshall served the people of Jasper County, Missouri as an assistant prosecuting attorney. He prosecuted thousands of cases, bringing hundreds of cases to trial. As part of his experience, Mr. Marshall has conducted over a dozen felony jury trials.
In 2003, Mr. Marshall believed he could be of service to the people of Kansas City in the area of private practice so he moved back to his hometown and opened a law firm where the core mission is “protecting the rule of law one case at a time.”
Married to Amanda Jensen Marshall, Mr. Marshall resides in Platte County with his four children. The entire family is active in Faith Community Church.

Nicholas J. Zevenbergen
Nicholas Zevenbergen was born and raised in Sioux Center, Iowa. While living in Sioux Center, he attended Dordt College and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2005. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 2006 to attend law school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
Following admission to the Missouri Bar, Nicholas opened up a private legal practice assisting clients with injuries, work related accidents, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, traffic, and criminal matters.
